Hello, I live in Australia and I am wanting to sign up for the popular $40 a month plan but do not have a 5 digit zip code and I think this is preventing me from signing up. Can you please help me.

Ok great because I am really really keen to get started. I also have tried to relog in but it says that my password is incorrect. Can you please reset my password and send it to me.

Spicer,
Until we figure out how to get our system to take a credit card without a
zip code, can we set up a free account with 40 clients so that they can
start using the system. Once we get our system up and running with
international payments, we can get the credit card number and start charging
from that point forward.

I deeply apologize for this, Spicer & I worked through the adjustments that
needed to be made to allow you to sign-up for the account, well we thought
we worked through them all. This is absolutely unacceptable customer
service from our side, and will not happen again. I would like to offer you
a free account for a year at the $40 a month level.
I am not too sure what is happening with the free account, can you give us a
little more detail as to what is going on. Can you log into you account?
Can you just not add clients? Please let me know and we will get on this
as quickly as we can.

Hi Matt,
Thank you for your understanding.....and it is extremely considerate
of you to offer a free account. I have a number of other trainers
that work with me so it is very reassuring to know that you obviously
do care very much about customer service. They have been waiting for
me to sign up first before they do and so far I have just said that I
have been having ipad difficulties to save myself embarrassment from
talking up your software to them so I am very grateful that you are
taking this seriously.
When I first signed up for the trial account a few weeks ago I could
log on once I initially signed up but could never go back in and logon
and haven't been able to do it again. It says the password is wrong
and when I click on the 'forgot my password' icon it says that email
address does not exist so perhaps I haven't registered at all in the
system? The email address I used was this one and password was
France43. I do not mind starting all over again because I barely used
it when I had the trial.

ok. Being in australia though there is a time difference. It is
6.35am here in the morning now and I will be available throughout most

Can you reset the main user email and password for the following account:
www.designabody.elevationfit.com. The primary email should be
***@designabody.com.au. Jo seems to be having problems logging into the
application. Not sure what else to do. Please let me know if you can think
of anything else.
