What happens if I delete a saved note?
While it may appear to the front end user that the health questionnaire is a purely dynamic page and that nothing is saved, it is anything but. Every time that this page is saved, the information is logged into the database, saving it as a unique record. While this information is not provided off hand, it can be released upon released upon request.
