What are Template Exercise Programs?
When an Exercise Program is created in an account, regardless of whether it was created in a personal profile or while managing a user, it has the ability to be saved to be saved as "Template Exercise Program". Once an Exercise Program is saved as a template, it can be easily assigned to other users. These saved Template Exercise Programs can only be seen by the individual who saved.

When saving an Exercise Program, it can be classified into the one of the seven different categories: Fitness, Muscle Building, Strength, Endurance, Cardio, Functional, Sports Specific. Also, a general description, recommended age group, gender, and complexity can be saved as well.
