What is the percent complete calculation? What does it indicate?
The percent complete calculation is a pretty simple calculation that compares the number of assigned sets, reps, weight, time, and/or distance with those that are completed and tracked for every specific exercise. For example if a client was assigned the exercise "Chest Press" with 4 sets of 10 reps at 100 lbs and they only completed 4 sets of 10 reps at 90 lbs, the percent complete calculation would compare these two sets of data. This calculation is not a measurement of how strong someone is becoming, but rather is a measure of how inline the assigned values are with what the individual is actually performing. This allows an individual to see how easy or how difficult the assigned exercises were and adjust them accordingly. Because of the unique way that we have structured our database, this calculation can be performed to show the percent complete at the workout level, muscle group level, as well as the individual exercise level.
