How do I track a workout on a day other than today?
In the tracking workout section of the application, at the top of the page, there is a header "Date Performed". To track a workout on a day other than the default day of today, either click on the date itself or the calendar icon and a date selection calendar will appear allowing you to change the tracking date. It is important to note that if you change the tracking date and the information that has been input into the fields below has not been saved, it will be lost.
