What are Performance Notes?
Performance notes are notes that have been added to a specific exercise within a workout while it is being tracked. For example you might want to note that a set was too easy/hard, the weight assigned was too light, or that the time assigned was too little. Both the trainers and the clients can add these notes while tracking a workout, and in the history section it will note who added then note and when they added it. Since these notes are added to a specific exercise with in a specific workout, it allows you to easily view a complete history of all the notes that have been tracked against that exercise.
